Pinnacle Dragons preparing for the coming regatta season by upskilling.   There was no shortage of takers this morning when the call went out for those who'd like to try out drumming and/or sweeping.

Maddi, Helen and Isaac demonstrated just how good they are on the drum and soon had paddlers following the beat of the drum - not the drummer following the strokes.

Heather, after 2 years paddling decided its time to try something more - and surprised herself as she demonstrated her skills with the sweep oar. After the initial  "Oh, its harder than it looks",   Heather very quickly got the hang of keeping the boat moving in a straight line
