Some great action on Lake Canobolas in Orange last Friday with around 15 very enthusiastic under 24 year olds hitting the water under the guidance of Pinnacle Dragon Boat Club Coach Pearl Butcher and Coach Chris Cheung.  The day started with warm ups and introductions, followed by some paddling with coach feedback on technique and further instruction and motivation plus a lot of fun drills!

Coach Chris, a national and international gold medalist motivated and provided expert feedback to the Juniors to assist them with their paddling skills.

It was a full day of intense paddling for our Juniors with some travelling from Forbes and Dubbo to join in the session. We look forward to hopefully being able to provide another session like this in the future to help build the skills of Junior paddlers through out the region!
