Temperatures not conducive to too much action on the water,   Lake Canobolas needs a big drink but that doesn't stop the members of Pinnacle Dragons Abreast.

Apart from the usual winter chores for all dragon boat clubs ie cleaning and checking all equipment, about 1/2 the members had great evening at Pizza Night at  Shaws Winery.

Preparations for AGM completed, AGM been and gone, great to see Rod Dickson on the Board - again more nominations than there were places to be filled, always a good sign.

Planning for the 2018/19 season is already taking place - watch this space..............  In meantime some members are heading to Sydney this weekend to paddle with DA Sydney on Black Wattle Bay, followed by breakfast.   

Fast approaching is DA Orange  (aka Pinnacle Dragons Abreast) 10th birthday,   Nashdale Hall 11th August, delicious dinner, guest speaker, Brooke Daniels from ABC Radio and to top it all off, music by Blue Suede Dudes.
